Curated by Shih Chung Ko, Artful Living – Friday Painting Society Group Exhibition brings together a diverse group of oil painting enthusiasts who share their reflections on life through artistic exchange. By discussing techniques, color application, and their inner thoughts, the artists cultivate unique visual languages that embody the spirit of “painting life with art.”

The Friday Painting Society is composed of passionate individuals from various walks of life, gathering every Friday to practice and grow together. Over the past decade, this collective has steadily evolved, with members from both academic and non-academic backgrounds—some of whom have had their works selected for national exhibitions. What unites them is a deep commitment to creation: progressing from objective observation to subjective expression, each artist has developed a distinct style. Their learning extends beyond the studio, often involving visits to exhibitions and outdoor sketching in nature. Their shared pursuit of beauty goes far beyond reproducing what is seen; it explores what is felt.

This exhibition features the finest recent works by the curator and participating members, offering a compelling glimpse into the aesthetic richness of daily life. 「藝享人生-星期五畫會聯展」

由策展人柯適中策展的「藝享人生-星期五畫會聯展」，集結多位油畫的創作者，透過彼此交流心得，探討技法、用色技巧，「分享」心中對生活的紀錄與生命的體悟，形成自己獨特的繪畫語言，達到「藝術」彩繪人生的目的。

『星期五畫會』是由一群熱愛油畫創作的社會人士共同組合，透過每個星期五的定期聚會共同切磋，十年來不斷的成長茁壯。畫會成員來自科班與非科班人士共同組成，其中更有幾位成員作品多次入選美展。大家對創作卻十分執著，一切從無到有，描寫對象從客觀的外在臨摹，描寫到主觀內在表現，每個人皆發展出屬於自己獨特的繪畫語言，學習過程不僅只是在畫室，更常走出戶外欣賞藝術展覽與大自然裡寫生取景。美感的追求是成員共同的理想，而不只局限在臨摹真實的表象。

本次展出的作品為策展人及成員近幾年最精彩的創作，藉由藝術創作傳達生活美學，讓藝術貼近我們的生活，本次展覽除了平面作品外，更有策展人柯適中的立體作品展出；歡迎蒞臨國璽藝術，參與這場豐富的藝術饗宴。
